Molybdenum Oxide Sputtering Targets

We produce high-quality Molybdenum Oxide sputtering targets for use in modern technological equipment. The Molybdenum Oxide sputtering target has a high melting point of 795 °C. It has an appearance of white to pale yellow, and it looks crystalline solid. Molybdenum Oxide sputtering target has a theoretical density of 4.69 g/cm3 and it is insoluble in water. It is an inorganic compound with the formula MoO3. Molybdenum Oxide is commonly utilized in the research and development processes and it has useful applications in the modern flat screens. We provide 99.9% pure Molybdenum Oxide sputtering targets and targets with up to 12'' diameters are available for use. To meet the demand of all customers, we produce these targets in custom sizes as well. These targets are manufactured using a cold-pressed process and elastomer bonded to the backing plate. We take care of cleaning and final packaging and these targets are cleaned for use in vacuum.
